  • While we’re here to support you with anything under the People & Culture umbrella, our most commonly asked questions revolve around employee performance and terminations and navigating changes in employment standards to stay up to date. We’re experts at supporting you through the basics to the very complex or simply lending an ear. Ask us anything!

    Some common questions:

    • My employee hasn't shown up for a number of shifts. Can I terminate them and what is the process to do so?

  • You’ll have access to the AskHR team, and not necessarily one dedicated point of contact. Our AskHR team treats each issue as a ‘case’ and refers to documentation from previous calls. When you’re ready for your first dedicated fractional team member, our Fractional HR service may be the better fit. This service starts at 25 hours per month of support.

  • Pay easily through credit card. We offer month to month or annual billing.

  • We will respond to your question within 24 business hours. Our regular working hours are 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
